Hunter Renaissance Development is a venture between Nancy Kapp & Jeanmarie Kapp, principals of The Renaissance Companies, and Neil Amondson, principal of Hunter Investments, LLC, whose combined experiences range from urban infill to small town Main Street resurgence to industrial rail projects. With developments across the Midwest and in the Pacific Northwest, the members bring a depth and variety of knowledge and expertise to HRD Design that is exciting and new.
We believe we create neighborhoods, grow communities, and act as the catalyst for a renaissance of design and construction.
