Renaissance Wicker Park is closing for renovation in March, 2007
The building is being completely rehabbed and downsized from 112 tiny studios to 61 spacious efficiency apartments, with private bathrooms, great full kitchen plans and lots of closets.
Amenities will include: onsite laundry, bike room, onsite management and maintenance, club room with exercise equipment and TV lounge.
Pre-leasing will begin in late fall, 2007.
