In 1994, we created a social services company to assist us in developing and maintaining stability in our housing developments.
Renaissance Social Services, Inc. was founded to act as a facilitator for our residents, to assist in finding those services the local communities offer, as well as to offer case management services. For several years now, RSSI has had an independent board and is actively seeking relationships with other developers to assist them in maintaining resident stability.
The Renaissance team believes that management and supportive services can blend well and provide residents with the resources and positive direction to meet the conditions of their lease agreements and help maintain housing stability.
Currently, RSSI is serving more than 22% of Renaissance Companies families and individuals.
